What do you need to start a work at home business in the state of North Carolina?
Posted on Oct 31, 2008 under Work At Home Business |I am a third party loan processor and want to work for myself in the comfort of my own home. Does anyone know what steps I need to make in order to make this possible and legal?
Unlike Israel B on top here that wants to sell you his stuff - I suspect you know the business you are in or want to get in, so you know the snags that goes with it.
I would suggest you read up about forming a LLC for starters. Try www.legalzoom.com - I find their stuff quite in order.
Secondly, get your ducks in a row here - business plan time. Working from home is one thing but is it going to make the money come in? You alone can calculate that one.
Get to your local Chamber of Commerce and see what you can get from them regarding regulations and restrictions in your area.
Best of luck

Good day Rosemary,
Good question, and as you may already know, there is an abundance of companies out there. Like anything you do you may want to do your research on them. I too was like you, and wanted to supplement my income. I ran into Global Domains International or GDI, and after careful review I decided to join and will not regret my decision ever. It has really boosted my income and did it all from the comfort of my house. This is a great opportunity and best of all is that you can try it out free. Unlike many other companies that ask you for money up front.
Come and check out our presentation at

Please do not hesitate to contact me if you have any questions.
Sincerely,
Israel
